We collect strictly the minimum data necessary to coordinate early access cohorts and provide service notifications:

Full name, corporate email address, organization or company name, professional role (e.g. CTO, Operations Lead), and industry sector.
Waitlist & Referral Metadata
Queue spot position, verification timestamps, unique referral tracking tokens, and referrer association IDs.
Early Adopter Inquiries
Team size, current software stack selection (e.g. Jira, Slack, Linear), primary operational bottlenecks, and early adopter consultation notes.
Technical Telemetry
Aggregated browser type, rough region (for server routing and CDN distribution), and email delivery confirmation status.
03 How We Use Your Data & Legal Bases
We process your information exclusively for the following lawful purposes:
- Waitlist Coordination: Managing priority position calculations, priority skips upon Step-2 role completion, and referral tracking.
- Transactional Notifications: Dispatching welcome emails, spot-advancement updates, and invitation access links.
- Early Adopter Consultations: Reviewing early adopter submissions to schedule 1-on-1 strategy calls with our engineering team.

04 Data Storage, Security & Retention
Your data is securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore instances with multi-layer encryption both at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Administrative access is guarded through least-privilege IAM service account keys and role-based access rules.
We retain waitlist and early adopter application records until the conclusion of the early evaluation period, or until you request deletion of your information.
